'Yoga Through the I-Theory' online course started
10 January 2024

A new online course was started today called 'Yoga Through the I-Theory.' The course aims to give the public an introduction to yoga and meditation techniques along with an explanation that is grounded in the science of Swami Isa's I-Theory.

Clara Cressy led a 40 minute practice, which was preceded by a 15 minute talk on the I-Theory by GEP Research Centre Director Dr. Christophe Dumas. "Yoga means the merging of the subject and the object," said Dr. Dumas. "Understanding how this process works, is what we're trying to give."

"It's a unique class and a new way to teach yoga," said Clara. "The I-Theory makes everything very clear, where often yoga practitioners find themselves unable to really digest the science behind yoga. Practices like yoga and meditation don't have to be a matter of faith." Clara has been teaching yoga in France for the last 15 years, trained by Jagadguru Swami Isa at his ashram in India.

The class will be held on every Wednesday for 6 weeks. If you would like to join, please contact office(at)ivpt.org.
